FlowPlus Training
The FlowPlus training course is intended for engineers who are interested
in or responsible for determining the hydraulic performance of either
proposed or existing pipelines. These individuals would be responsible
for the following
activities within their organization:
- Optimizing pipeline performance
- Determining the capacity of a pipeline
- Designing pipelines (for
example, line sizing or establishing the locations of pump stations)

Details
The material for this course includes:
- Fundamentals of hydraulic flow
simulation
- How to use FlowPlus
- How to construct flow projects and control
the output
- How to import information from a PipeCraft asset database
into FlowPlus
Prerequisites
In order to attend this course, students must be comfortable
working in a Microsoft Windows environment. They must also complete
the Executive and Integrity
Manager courses before they continue with the FlowPlus
course.
